THE premier West Coast Marimba Competition. This year we will bring together some of the best young marimba players as well as showcasing unique and stunning musical performances. The weekend will feature 15 collegiate participants who have been selected and invited from around the world to compete in this event. The Scholastic category promises to be just as exhilarating, showing off our finest young high school marimba players in the region.

SCPEF is thrilled to provide opportunities for students & professionals who wish to prepare for international competitions, upcoming auditions or any other opportunities they may find. Each participant will receive feed back from our internationally acclaimed panel. The winning laureates will receive scholarship money along with additional gifts from our sponsors. This year we are once again holding our event at Chapman University in Orange, California.
